Westside Chapel Funeral Home has been serving the funeral needs of families in the Morristown area since 1969; however, Owners J.B. and Marie Gulley’s Funeral experience didn’t start there.
Marie Stewart Gulley’s grandfather A.J.”Bud” Stewart founded Stewart Funeral Home more than 100 years ago. Marie’s father Homer Stewart turned over operations to his only child Marie and husband J.B. Gulley. The Gulley’s took over the operation of Stewart Funeral Home and bought Westside Chapel Funeral Home in 1981.
Today we continue the tradition of treating families with compassion, respect and the personal attention that started so long ago. The Gulley’s take pride in the fact that our funeral home is still family owned and operated.
