Barbara “Barb” E. Hidlebaugh, age 73, of Bean Station, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 after a long illness. She was a loving mother and grandmother. “Look out God, here comes the plastic canvas Queen!” She loved her crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” L. Hidlebaugh; granddaughters, Jennifer Auras and Kristen Lambert; parents, Gene and Emma Garrett; brothers, Bobby and Gary Garrett; and brother-in-law, Dean Humphrey. She is survived by her children, Robin (Jerry) Lambert, Randi (Brenda) Hidlebaugh, Tai Auras, and Judi Olsen; future son-in-law, Neal Nelson; grandchildren, Stephanie Detirch, Hollie Lambert, Katie Hidlebaugh, Maddison Olsen, Alex Lambert, Amy Olsen, Krystal Hidlebaugh, and Noah Auras; very dear friends, Bob and Marilyn McFalls and girls; and many other friends. Special thanks to her caregivers, Martha, Jeannie, and Trish and to Amedysis Home Health, whom the family is very grateful for. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 p.m. Thursday, October 20 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home Rev. Vickie Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Jarnagin Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
