Betty J. (Stubblefield) Welch

Betty J. Welch, age 82, of Morristown, born August 16, 1935, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 at her residence. She was of the Church of God faith, affiliated with Anderson, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Welch; parents, Guy and Lucille Stubblefield; sister, Phyllis Kinsler; and brothers, Harmond, Raymond, David, and Richard Stubblefield. She is survived by her children, Judy (Coy) Holt, Randy (Debbie) Welch, Wayne Welch, Amy (Jeff) Drinnon, and Jill (Josh) Cooper; grandchildren, Tiffany (Steven) Grimes, Melinda Brooks (Tommy Musser), Jessica (Karl) Turner, Crystal Welch, Nathan Welch, Jennifer (Austin) Hicks, Amanda Drinnon, Hannah Cooper, and Zoe Cooper; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Austin, and Evan Grimes, and Noah Lane; sisters, Mary (Johnny) Lawless, Gerri (Gary) Linkous, and Linda (Jim) Srock; and brother, Ernie (Carrie) Stubblefield. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 4 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Willis Bowers officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12 p.m. Thursday, April 5 at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.   Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
