Carolyn Ann Wohlwend Robbins, age 74, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. She was a member of Manley Baptist Church and a teacher for over thirty years in the Hamblen County School System. More recently, she volunteered at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System for several years and was a loving and devoted grandmother to her only grandson, Wesley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Edith Wohlwend; son, Wesley Allen Robbins, whom she is now reunited with at last; and brother, Dr. Charles David Wohlwend. She is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, William Robbins; daughter, Bethany (Michael) Price of Talbott; grandson, Wesley Price; brother, Dr. Jim (Janet) Wohlwend; sisters-in-law, Kerma Wohlwend and Verna Patterson; brother-in-law, Jimmy Robbins; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, August 12 at Manley Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church with Dr. Tony Buchanan and Rev.
