Devonia Reynolds “Dee” Chipps, age 61, of Morristown, born June 9, 1955 and passed away at her home on Saturday, May 13, 2017. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Amos and Mazie Widner and Margaret and Shelby Reynolds; mother, Betty Sue Widner-Reynolds; and sister, Deborah Ann Solomon. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Kenneth Chipps; daughter, Crystal McInturff; grandchildren, Mason And Kyra; father, James Verlyn Reynolds; brother, Darius Reynolds; sister-in-law, Sylvia (Kenny) Yunis; uncle, Gary (Marlene) Widner; aunt, Virginia Jarrell; nieces, Jessika (Bryant) Lilly, Jennifer Solomon, and Tabitha Evans; nephews, Jordan Reynolds and Joe Brown; great nephew, Colebi Valentine; special cousins, Tracy Widner Hicks, Kenny Noah, Craig Neely, and Doug Neely; Also a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 pm on Tuesday with Rev. Dallas Harrell officiating. Family and friends will meet for an 11 am graveside service on Wednesday, May 17th at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
