Donna Lee (Taylor) Parker

Donna Lee Taylor Parker, age 56, of Whitesburg, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Wellmont Hospital in Rogersville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Taylor; and daughter, Casey Jarnagin; and beloved cat, Kuala.  She is survived by her spouse, Jimmy Dee Adkins; daughters, Chasity (Scott) Long, Misty Owens, Heather (Chad) Milsaps, and Chelsea Alyssa (Hunter) Clark; grandchildren, Taylor Jarnagin (Devon Rymer-Reed), Madison Chapman, Kimberly Chapman, Brandon Coffey, Emma Milsaps, Fallon Clark, Fenix Clark, and Zalan Adkins and great-granddaughter, Amiyah Rymer-Reed. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 21 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 22 at Jarnagin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Westside Chapel Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
