Fredda S. “Jo” Burchfield, age 85, of Morristown, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Heritage Center. She was a member of Manley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Farroll Junior Burchfield; son. Rickey Burchfield; father, Lester Sumner; mother, Matilda Gilliam; step father, Sam Gilliam; brother, Jay Sumner; half brother, Ken Gilliam; and half sister, Opal Gilliam;  She is survived by her daughter, Bernadine “Bunny” Plummer; grandchildren, Kenny (Michael)  Story and Kasey Plummer; great granddaughter, McKenna Story; half brother, Dennis Gilliam; and half sister, Edna Vesley. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 pm on Monday, June 20th at the funeral home with Rev. Ronnie Blevins and Rev. Alan Duncan officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
