Glenn Douglas Hamilton

Glenn Douglas Hamilton, age 67, of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at his residence after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Asheville, North Carolina. Glenn was a loving husband who was very active in his work as a Project Manager Sub-Contractor for the Cellular Industry, traveling all across the United States for the past twenty-eight years. He was of the Methodist faith and his family was instrumental in starting Trinity United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Helen Hamilton. He is survived by his wife, Lynn Hamilton; step-son, Jonathan (Heather) Shelton; grandchild, Dagan Shelton; sister, Cathy (Chuck) Roach; brother, Ron (Linda) Hamilton; nephew, David Hamilton; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. Sunday, April 8 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
