Jack D. Cline, age 79, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at his residence. He was a retired Sgt. Major of the U.S. Army and served during Vietnam and also retired from the Lawn and Garden Department at Walmart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roe and Ollie Ilene Cline; daughters-in-law, Michelle Cline and Heather Cline; and niece, Teresa Shults. He is survived by his wife, Hildegard Cline; son, Ronnie Cline; daughter, Amy Cline; grandchildren, David, Jenna, Kial, and Jackson; sisters, Bobbi Shults and Evelyn Warren; his Vietnam brothers; and other extended family members. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday, October 16 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, October 17 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Willie Winners officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
