Janice V. Jones Brooks, age 74, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She was the flower and book lady at the flea market. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jones; and parents, Earnest and Goldie Foster. She survived by her fiance, Raymond Brooks; sons, Robert “Robbie” (Keisha) Jones and Roger Jones; special grandson, Rustin Jones; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 18 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. T.H. Ferrell and Rev. Phillip Ruth officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 19 at Central Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Grainger County for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
