Janice S. Mullins, age 83, of Talbott, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Mullins; parents, Tadlock and Zelma Pollard; daughter, Darlene Moss; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Terry Mullins; grandchildren, Kevin Mullins, Brandy Rednour, Ashley Moss, and Tiffany Moss; great-grandchildren, Damien Mullins and Sierra Campose; and brothers, Gary, Eddie, Danny, and Wayne Pollard. No services will be scheduled and Mrs. Mullins will be buried at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
