John Harvey Anderson Jr, age 57 of Strawberry plains, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Knoxville. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Harvey Anderson Sr. and Barbara Anderson; and sister, Nancy Anderson. He is survived by his brother, Mike (Kay) Anderson; sisters, Mildred (Robert) Warren, Betty (Bill) Warren, and Alice Anderson.; Also several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Saturday, August 27th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 pm with Rev. Robert Warren officiating. Family and friends will meet for a 2 pm graveside service on Sunday, August 28th at Hopewell Cemetery in Mascot. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
