Kennetha Chrisheana Spencer-Norton, age 43, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. She was born July 10, 1973 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. She was the daughter of Larry and Christina Spencer. God has taken my big sister to be by his side as an angel to watch over and protect us on earth. I remember dancing with you to the Drops of Jupiter on my wedding day, clinching you so tight and whispering to you what you meant to me, and just like that day, I’m sure you are dancing and rejoicing with everyone again while I put into words what you mean to me.  Growing up, you were my idol, my protector, my world. From the Christmas mornings of me jumping on your bed to wake you up, to you coming to my house to see my newborn babies, your baby brother I will always be. Thank you for watching over me then, and I thank you for being my angel in the sky until the end. I loved you then and I will always love “Duh-Duh” until I see you again, your baby brother, Clint. Kennetha was preceded in death by her father, Larry Spencer; god mother, Phyllis Hartsell; grandmothers, Louise Kimbrough and Wanda Spencer; grandfathers, Herman Spencer and Robert Lee Kimbrough all of Morristown. She is survived by her husband, Jason Norton; two children, Lauren Spencer Pell and Lyric Norton; mother and step father, Christina and Daryl Spencer; and brother Clint Spencer all of Morristown. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, August  31, 2016 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
