Marvin Lynn Bryant, age 60, of Whitesburg, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at his sister-in-law’s, Judy (Bobby) Henson’s residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Christine Bryant; daughter, Melinda Sue Bryant; grandson, Tyler Davis; and sister, Carolyn Owens Walker. He is survived by his wife, Joan Bryant; children, Frances (Samuel) Kaucher of Texas, April (Dale) Bailey of Dandridge, Mary (Robert) Sinard of Morristown, Tanner “Buddy” Davis of Whitesburg, Nicole (Adam) Willis of Morristown, Hayden Dacus of Jefferson City, and Tim Freeman of Morristown; grandchildren, Cordial Kaucher, Tye Toder, Hope Toder, Stephen Sinard, Braxton Sinard, Austin Davis, Dakota Clevenger, Peyton Buttry, Sienna Davis, and Cheyenne Davis; brothers, Mike (Kathy) Bryant, David Bryant, and Danny (Pinney) Bryant; sisters, Patricia Inman, Beverly Shelton, and Emily Williams; sister-in-law, Judy (Bobby) Henson; and special friends, Rita (Ralph) Laster and their daughter, Michelle. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, May 5 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Tim Jones officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 6 at Rocky Summit Cemetery in Bean Station for graveside services.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
