Patricia “Patsy” Ann Ivy Green, age 79, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Heritage Center. She was a lifelong member of Kidwell Ridge Baptist Church and served in the Hamblen County School System for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Wendell Green; son, James Leroy Green of New Jersey; and parents, Jack Ivy and Olivia Hodge Ivy. She is survived by her son, Jack (Jody) Green; grandchildren, Magan (Austin) Eldridge of Knoxville, Preston Green of Morristown, Holly (Tom) Burns of New Jersey, Wesley (Nicole) Green of New Jersey, and Kala Green of Mississippi; great grandchildren, Lilly Ann Eldridge, Addison and James Green; and sister, Linda (Doyle) Stiles. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, July 18th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 am on Wednesday, July 19th at Kidwell Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Webb and Rev. Harold Noe officiating. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the funeral service at the church on Wednesday. Interment will follow in Kidwell Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
