William H. “Pop Pop” Pendlebury, age 96, of Talbott, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a Master Mason for 67 years at Tacony Lodge 600 in Philadelphia, PA., and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy Pendlebury; daughter, Constance McAuley; and grandson, Michael McAuley. He is survived by his nieces, Joanne Lettis of Delran, N.J. and Barbara Henning of Ocean City, MD.; grandsons, William (Bree) McAuley, Steven McAuley, and Thomas (Jessica) McAuley; great grandchildren, Kayla (Ricky) Purkey, Ian McAuley, Karla McAuley, and Hayley, Lindsey, and Brady “Admiral” McAuley; also several great-great grandchildren; and he also leaves behind his beloved Chihuahua, Jose Ole. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Memorial services will follow at 7 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
