Arthur Ruscoe Obituary

Arthur Ellsworth Ruscoe, 75, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Life Care Center in Morristown. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellsworth and Marjorie Ruscoe. He is survived by his daughter, Shannan Schanbacher of North Carolina; sisters, Marjorie (Michael) Sandlock and Nelda (Jack) DeFlorio; brother, Richard Ruscoe; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 29 at Jefferson Memorial gardens for military graveside service. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
