Billy Carroll Hayes

Billy Carroll Hayes, age 84, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Jefferson Park Nursing Home in Dandridge. He was a member of Russellville Methodist Church and a member of the Russellville Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Hayes; parents, Will and Maude Hayes; and daughter, Lisa Young. He is survived by his sons, Paul (Donna) Hayes, Greg Hayes, and Tim (Sandy) Hayes; daughter, Tammy Hayes; grandchildren, Laura Young, Michael Hayes, Elizabeth Harmon, Dustin Gilbert, and Kelsey Gilbert; great-grandchildren, Jaylen, Liza, Easton, and Joshua, Jr. Special thanks to Jefferson Park Nursing Home and especially Kim and Judy. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Sunday, February 24th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Janie Fox and Rev. Laura Young officiating. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, February 25th at Bethesda Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
