Carl Reed, age 67, of Morristown, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Reed; and mother, Patsy (Charles) Shelton. He is survived by his wife, Darlene Reed; children, Scott (Tina) Reed, Kelly (Erik) Davis, Carla Rogers, Carl (Jessica) Reed, Chucky (Kathy) Long, Jonathan (Kathy) Bolden, Johnnie Long, and April (Brandon) Moore; light of his life, Lakisha Artiza; brother, Charles (Kathleen) Reed; sisters, Judy (Raymond) Galyon and Debbie (Louis) Sartain; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, August 28 at Greene’s Chapel Church . A memorial service will follow at 8 p.m. Monday at the church. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
