Connie Sue (Knight) Smith

Connie Sue Knight Smith, age, 55, of Morristown, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at U.T. Medical Center. She was a member of Holt’s Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend and will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard (Delta) Gilbert; aunt, Virgie Holt; and nephew, Corey Knight. She is survived by her husband, David Smith; son, Adam Travis Davis; grandchildren, Tre Davis, Khloe Allred, and Braylen Mason; parents, Tonita (Donnie) Collins; brother, Chris (Christina) Knight; also several step brothers, step sisters, nieces, nephews, and extended family. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, June 19th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 pm Wednesday, June 20th at Holt’s Baptist Church with Rev. Alan Lamb and Rev. Mark Burford officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the services at the church. Interment will follow in Holt’s Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to Westside Chapel Funeral Home for funeral expenses.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
