Delmas Clyde Yount

Delmas Clyde “D.C.”  Yount, age 82, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was saved in 1967 at Calvue Baptist Church and attended Little Redeemed Primitive Baptist Church for many years. He was a loving husband and father and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Bobbie Mae Yount; and brother, Leon (Carol) Yount. He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Betty Yount; daughter, Dwanna Yount-Elford and her husband, Jeremy; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, October 5th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Donnie McNabb officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 6th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
