Delphia “Ducky” Samsel, age 76, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at her residence. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, November 17 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Kent Aiken officiating. Family and friends will meet at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 18 at Meadow Branch Cemetery in Bean Station for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
