Donna “Pebbles” Woliver Kiestler, age 48, of Strawberry Plains, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Woliver. She is survived by her husband, Michael Kiestler; daughters, Codie Kiestler and Katie Kiestler; mother, Peggy Woliver; grandson, Mason Braden; brother, Jerry Lynn Woliver; sister, Brandy Tipton; and special pet, Corky. The family will have a memorial service and receive friends from 2 – 4 p.m. Saturday, January 11th at 7400 N. Ruggles Ferry Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
