Edwin Hugh Seal, age 70, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Serenity Hospice House. He attended Bean Station Church of God and Pleasant View Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a loving father and grandfather, a devoted friend, and a rock to many. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Seal; parents, Wright Hugh and Vera Seal; and brother, Oden Seal. He is survived by his son, Troy (Tabitha) Seal; step-son, Jimmy Fellers; grandchildren, Reid and Ryan Seal and Ashley and Tyler Fellers; brother, Terry (Judy) Seal; sister, Jeanette Robertson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Special thanks to Jane and Don Vernon, Terry Seal, and Serenity Hospice House. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 14 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Minister Ron Dimaline officiating. Family and friends will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 15 at Resthaven Cemetery in Dandridge for military graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
