Frank Milligan Brooks, age 79, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a member of Buffalo Trail Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Irene Brooks; brothers, Curtis, Arthur, and Doyle Brooks; and sister, Sarah White. He is survived by his wife, Joann Brooks; daughters, Vicki (Charles) Buttry and Debbie Beckner; grandchildren, Justin Musick, Ashley (Logan) Beckner, and Taylor (Chasitty) Beckner; great-grandchildren, Harper Beckner and Ella Frost; brother, George Brooks; two sisters, Imogene Spakes and Betty Repass; and special pets, Trudy and the cats. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, September 7 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Mark Burford officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Friday, September 8 at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
