Frank "Eddie" Edward Cook, Jr.

Frank Edward “Eddie” Cook, Jr., age 58, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 7, 2018, just in time to celebrate his father’s birthday on July 8. He was a member of Faith Home Mission. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank E. Cook, Sr.; and brother, James “Rocky” Cook. He is survived by his wife of thirty eight years, Linda Cook; children, Frank Edward III (Kara) Cook, Bethel (Timothy) Meissner, and Daniel Lee (Ashlie) Cook; mother, Betty Cook; grandchildren, Maddisen Cook, Victoria Meissner, Adian Meissner, Lexie Cook, and Kailie Cook; brother, Charles (Jennifer) Cook; sisters, Rose Mary (Danny) Holt and Patricia (Dallas) Hurst; sister-in-law, Teresa Cook; and several nieces and nephews. The family extends special thanks to Covenant Hospice, the staff of Fort Sanders 3rd Floor Dialysis Center, and the nurses of Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System 4th floor. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, July 12 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Garland Sergent and Rev. Ray Pratt officiating. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 13 at Hamblen Memory Gardens.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
