George "Ditne" Edward Jarnigan

George Edward Jarnigan, age 48, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Claiborne County Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Fay Jarnigan; grandparents, Ethel Roberts, George Long, and Helen and Eugene Jarnigan; uncle, Red Ledford; and cousin, Tracy Ledford. He is survived by his father, Edward Jarnigan; sisters, Wendy (Mike) Ellis and Sara (Brad) Hartman; niece, Maddison Hartman; aunt, Shirley Ledford; cousins, Sandra Collins , Alicia Collins, and Nathan Ledford; and many beloved family members and friends. The family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Monday, September 30th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet for an 11 a.m. graveside service on Tuesday, October 1st at Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery.
