Jacqueline F. Price Wheeler Bireley, age 87, of Morristown, born December 14, 1931, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at her home. Jacque retired from Belk and then from JC Penney. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Mack Wheeler and John Bireley; parents, James and Kittie Ruth Price; brother, Don Price; and great-granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Davis. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Barry) Wolf of Russellville; sons, Jimmy (Debby) Wheeler of Russellville and Tony (Shelia) Wheeler of Morristown; grandchildren, Tommy (Christy) Davis of Murfressboro, Chris Davis of Morristown, and Stewart (Katie) Wheeler of Knoxville; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Davis of Morristown and Justin and Ryan Davis of Murfressboro; sister-in-law, Jean Price of Louisiana; nephews, Randy and Paul Price of Texas; and also several special cousins and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to caretaker Holly Murphy and to Amedisys Hospice for the care and comfort they have provided. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, April 22nd at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Dr. Terry Kirby officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 23rd at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services with Dr. Kenny Boling officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Morristown First Baptist Church Building Fund or the Morningside Baptist Church Building Fund.
