Joe Neil Hartsell

Joe Neil Hartsell, age 73, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019 at his residence. He was of the Catholic faith and was retired from Foust Metal Works in Morristown. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Hartsell; parents, Clarkston Clay and Robbie Mae Hartsell; and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his brother, Charles (Marie) Hartsell of Indiana; brother-in-law, Scotty Kimbrough; niece, Emily Kimbrough; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 4th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Timothy Turley officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 5th at Jarnagin Cemetery for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
