Karen Sue Campos-Ortiz, age 44, of Greeneville, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Laughlin Memorial Hospital. She was formerly employed by Greene County Skills and was currently employed by McDonalds in Morristown. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Minnie Owens; son, Michael Arms II; and brother, Russell Owens. She is survived by her son, Fabian Ortiz-Owens; daughters and sons-in-law, Rosa Ortiz-Owens, Minnie and Noe Hernandez, Briana and James Howze, and Melinda Owens; grandchildren, Xavier and Xander Hernandez and Preston and Paxton Owens; sisters, Sandra Marrisett and Angela Owens; brothers, Charles Owens, Jr., Gary Owens, Terry Owens, and Fredie Owens; several nieces and nephews, including special niece, Brandy Owens; and several special friends. The family will receive friends from 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, March 1 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 2 at the funeral home with Rev. Buster Shelton officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive (Red Hill) Cemetery in Greenville. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
