Kathleen Talley

Kathleen Talley, age 103, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Heritage Center. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and had many callings within the church. She was a wonderful cook, loved crocheting, and had a great love for music. She had the honor of making her children and grandchildren quilts made by her own hands. She loved her family, her church, and always found joy in helping the sick. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Talley; parents, Howard and Hester Calfee; also two brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Betty Inman and Willie Ann (Robert Eugene) Shultz; son, Darrell (Linda) Talley; fourteen grandchildren, thirty three great grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 pm Saturday, July 27th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3 pm with Bishop Peter Hearn officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
