Lorette Lynn (McBee) McAmis

Lorette Lynn McAmis, age 50, of Whitesburg, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward McBee. She is survived by her husband, Danny McAmis; children, Justin Michael Brandon McAmis and Aaliyah Madalynn McAmis; step-children, Daniel Eugene McAmis and Ashley Elizabeth McAmis; mother, Dorothy McBee; brothers, Melvin McBee and Edward McBee; and a host of friends, nieces, and nephews. The family extends thanks to Mark Gibson and the staff at All Care, nurse, Sharon Wells, and Avalon Hospice. Special thanks to caregiver, Briana “Nikki” Howerton. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Saturday, December 7th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Larry Campbell officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 8th at Narrow Valley Baptist Church in Rutledge for graveside services.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
