Minnie "Joann" Dunn

Minnie “Joann” Dunn, age 86, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. Joann graduated high school at 16 years old and took her first job as a Bellsouth Operator. She worked at Montgomery Ward and at H&R Block in Morristown. She served as secretary of the Crockett Ridge Garden Club. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Chester “Chet” Dunn;  sons, Willis J. “Bill” (Pam) Imes and Roger E. (Elizabeth) Imes; grandchildren, Steven M. Imes, Daniel  A. “Alex’ Mathis, and Samantha J. Imes; great grandchild, Glenda E. Mathis; brothers, Bill (Carol) James and Ken James; sister, Imogene (Hank) Clevenger; also several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 p.m. Saturday, August 24th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
