Peggy Ann Russell Helton, age 64, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Scotty Lynn Laughner; parents, Luke and Atha Kinsler; brothers, Hugh and Roy Kinsler; sisters, Argelene Stroud, Elsie Brooks, Mary Nell Lewis, and Ruby Maples; and special friend, Jerry Johnson. She is survived by her daughters, Regina Russell (Jason McCoy) and Catherine Gulley; son, Scott Laughner; brother, Kyle Kinsler; sister, Betty Smith; grandchildren, Sabrina, Megan, Brandi, Braden, and Josh; great-granddaughter, Olivia; and life-long friend, Bobby Russell. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, November 11 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Lee Gulley and Rev. Jack Greene officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 12 at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
