Peggy Darlene Kostiha, age 68, of Talbott, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Russell; and sister, Kay Hurst. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Kostiha; daughter, Karen (Randy) Hatfield; son, Sammy (Amanda) Gardner; mother, Minnie Russell; grandchildren, Dustin, Davin (Casey), and Dylan Hatfield, Julian Gardner, and Connor Gardner; great-grandchildren, Kyra Bowers and Jackson Hatfield; brother, Wade Russell; and sisters, Joyce (Bobby) Delph and Kathy (Wilbur) Miller. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, September 29 at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services with Rev. Davin Hatfield officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
