Rita Ann Rayle, age 65, of Newport, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed Rayle and Edith Coffey; brothers, Eddie, Steve, and David Rayle and Mike Coffey. She is survived by her sons, Jeremy Lawson (Lana Pittman) and Lynn Lawson; grandchild, Brandon Lee (Chrissy) Lawson; brothers, Donald Coffey, Stanley Coffey, and Alan Coffey; sisters, Marie Synamon , Evelyn Smith, Linda Rayle, and June; and several nieces, nephews, family, and special friends. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, June 2 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Amanda Coffey officiating.
