Ruby E. (Howerton) Spradling

Ruby Howerton Spradling, age 87, of Morristown, passed away Monday, August 26, 2019 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Tom” Spradling; infant son, Ray Dean Spradling; parents, Rev. Tilmon and Daisy Howerton; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Eva (Johnny) Tyler; granddaughter, Brandi (Brandon) Taylor; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Noah, Abby, and Isabella; sister, Nadine (Troy) Roach; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 28th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Danny Bell officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 29th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
