Univee D. (Brown) Fletcher

Univee D. Fletcher, age 85, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 10, 2019 at her residence. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Riley and Elvie Brown; brothers, Mentford Brown and Earnest Brown; and infant brothers, Willard and Arvill Brown. She is survived by her son, Mike (Elana) Fletcher; daughter, Karen (John) Lawson; grandchildren, Tyler (Alyssa) Lawson and Candace Trent; great-grandchildren, Mila Trent and one on the way, Adalynn Kate Lawson; brothers, R.B. (Delphine) Brown, J.C. Brown, and Doyle (Janet) Brown; sisters, Nola Russell and Novella Crabtree; special friend and sister-in-law, Ruth Fletcher; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Covenant Hospice and their staff, Cindy, Tina, Maggie, and Tom. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, May 13th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Steve Smith officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 14th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.
