Willa Bea S. (Spoon) Gilliam

Willa Bea S. Gilliam, age 98, of Morristown, gained her wings on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Life Care Center of Morristown. She was a member of White Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Gilliam; parents, Frank and Ora Spoon; sisters, Stella Mae Davis, Alpha Lou White, and Catherine Chandler; brothers, Cassell Spoon, Coy Spoon, and Rev. Hubert Spoon; nieces, Sue McDaniel and Marlene Hodge; and nephew, Rev. Frank Roger Spoon. She is survived by her nieces, Brenda Bunch, Judy Harris, Vivian Crigger, and Linda Edwards; nephew, Dennis White; and several other extended family members. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 9th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Harris and Rev. Brian Edwards officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 10th at Jarnagin Cemetery for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
