William E. Allen

William E. Allen, age 66, of Mundelein, Illinois, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Chicago. Bill was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an avid golfer and traveler. He was also a devoted Cubs and Blackhawks fan. Bill enjoyed music and loved all animals. He was preceded in death by his father, Milburn T. Allen. He is survived by his mother, Dolores; siblings, Carol (John) Bender, Donna (John) Wozniak, and Audrey (Rick) Frankowski; nieces and nephews, Diane Lopez, Chuck (Kendra) Sylvester, Jim (Susan) Sylvester, Elizabeth (Josh) Rankin, Melissa Frankowski, Kathryn Bender, Jennifer Bender, Rick Frankowski, and Hayley (Wade) Rykyto; several great and great-great nieces and nephews; and his companions, Carley and Chloe. Funeral Mass services were held at Kristan Funeral Home in Mundelein, Illinois. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9 at Jarnagin Cemetery for military graveside services. Local arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
