William “Bill” Michael Kisner, age 72, of Bulls Gap, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Johnson City Medical Center. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick and Lydia Kisner. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Kisner; son, Tod (Paige) Kisner of Holly Springs, North Carolina; step-sons, Paul Whitehead of Greeneville and Eric Whitehead of Bean Station; grandchildren, Camden Kisner, Lydia Kisner, Seth Whitehead, and Sadie Whitehead; brothers, Butch (Glenna) Kisner and Gary Kisner; special aunt, Elsie Bowles; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Saturday, April 6th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Scott Farmer officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 7th at Tieke Cemetery in Bulls Gap for military graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
