William "Mike" Michael Carpenter

William Michael “Mike” Carpenter, age 70, of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his residence. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who served God all his life and has now finished his journey. He was preceded in death by his father, Merritt Carpenter; and grandson, Charles Anderson. He is survived by his wife of forty years, Sherry Carpenter; children, Mike (Rita) Carpenter, Paula Anderson, Tina (Sherman) Carpenter, Joey (Markita) Carpenter, and Bobbi (Shannon) Allen; mother, Ann McCray; grandchildren, Logan, Mikie, Crystal, Christina, Brett, Brayden, Tristan, Kaiden, and Kenadi; brother, John Carpenter; and sisters, Linda Sowards, Faye Carpenter, and Diane Hulette. The family will receive friends from 4 – 5 p.m. Saturday, December 15 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. with Rev.
