Ada "Ernestine" (Miller) Stewart

Ada “Ernestine” Stewart, 96, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Life Care Center Morristown. Ernestine was a member of Alpha Baptist Church where she played the organ for close to 25 years.  She was a sweet soul who will always be remembered for the beautiful music she played on the piano and organ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Ida Leonard Miller; husband, Charles “Albert” Stewart; and son, Alvin Stewart. Ernestine is survived by many nieces and nephews as well as her Alpha Baptist church family who loved her dearly. Friends may pay their respects at Westside Funeral Home, Wednesday, April 29 from 12 pm to 4 pm.  Graveside services will be 10:30 am, Thursday, April 30 at Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol with Rev. Terry Kirby officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Alpha Baptist Church and designated for Andy & Michelle Milam, missionaries in Portugal. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
