Alechia Dawn (Kilgore) Buffalo

Alechia Dawn Kilgore Buffalo, age 58, of Morristown, passed away Friday March 13, 2026 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center with her family by her side. A faithful servant of God, Alechia lived rooted in love, prayer, and devotion to Christ. Alechia had a giving heart and loved to crochet. Alechia gifted her crocheted items to family and friends on special occasions. Alechia’s gan-baby, Lainey Jo, brought so much joy to her life. Alechia was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. One of her final wishes was for everyone to celebrate her life by enjoying assortments of cake. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Betty Kilgore; husband, Randal Buffalo; daughter, Juleah Buffalo; brothers, Eddie (Sharon) Kilgore and Grayland Kilgore; nephew, Ryan Kilgore; and great-great nephew, Edan Ivey. She is survived by her loving fiancé, Phillip Arnwine; daughter, Emileah (Austin) Buffalo; granddaughter, Lainey Jo Aldridge; son, Kaleb Buffalo; beloved dog, Howie; sister, Velina (Larry) DeVault; nieces, Wendy (Greg) Ivey, Bethany (Lance) Kilgore, Tiffany Kilgore, Melody DeVault, Celesta Martinez, and Kylie Beth; nephews, Micah (Kerri) DeVault, Hunter Ivey, and Landon; special friends Karrah (Eric) Green and Hayes Green; along with several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, March 19th at Liberty Hill Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Larry Devault officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Friday, March 20th at Liberty Hill Methodist Church Cemetery for graveside services. Pallbearers will be Kaleb Buffalo, Phillip Arnwine, Austin Aldridge, Hunter Ivey, Greg Ivey, and Eric Green. Honorary pallbearer is Lance Derry. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
