Allen "Chief" Ferguson, Jr.

Allen Ferguson, Jr., age 87, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was saved and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen, Sr. and Daisy Ferguson; brothers, Bill, Edgar, and Lowell Ferguson; and sisters, Dorothy Sturm, Maude Sturm, Betty Everhart, and Irene Hayes. He is survived by his special nephews, Jackie (Leslie) Everhart and Mike (Glenda) Sturm; special friend, Barb Carter; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to U.T. Hospice and nurse, Crystal and to Blue Care Choices and James. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 20th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Rodney Ricketts officiating. Interment will follow at Jarnagin Cemetery.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
