Amaya Rose Carmack

Amaya Rose Carmack, 4 days old, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024. She is survived by her mother and mother’s boyfriend, Shauntel Carmack and Christian Horne; brother, Alexzander Carmack; sisters, Azariah Rivera and Ahleigha Carmack; grandmother, Natasha Carmack; great-grandmother, Joyce Carmack; and several aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 20th at Fred Miller Park. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
