Obituary
Ms. Betty Hazelwood, our beloved mother and grandmother, born June 9th, 1936, of Jefferson County TN, peacefully passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Earnest and Edna Thom; and her late husband, Bernard Hazelwood. She leaves behind her son, Teddy Hazelwood and his wife Janet; her daughter, Tina Mayfield and her husband, Andrew Mayfield; her granddaughter, Gloria Nicole Mayfield; and her brother, Roger and wife, Phyllis Thom. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 17th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for graveside services with Rev. Wade McCullough officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
