Betty J. Spurgeon, age 78, of New Market, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Private graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 26th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
