Billy Hinkle Obituary

Billy Ray Hinkle, age 85, of Morristown, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; son, Michael Roach; parents, Thomas and Helen Hinkle; and sister, Marjorie Ballard. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Mike) Burnett; brother, Tommy Hinkle; sister, Sheryl Burchell; grandchildren, Rusty Stiner and Nicole Burnett; and special friend, David Sawyer. Family and friends will meet for an 11 a.m. graveside service on Thursday February 9th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
