Billy Joe Smith, age 62, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a member of Farview Bible Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Smith; and sister, Diane Jordan. He is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Debra Smith; mother, Bonnie Smith; grandchildren, Blake Jones and Acea (Ethan) Ferguson; great-grandchild, Gabriel Ferguson; and brother, David (Robyn) Smith. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 12th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services with Rev. Chip Winstead officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
